Thank you to all my loyal followers who have been very patient with me over these past few weeks, I only have a few weeks of university left until it's all over. I am beginning to attempt to get my life back on track after surviving the past couple of weeks with 2-3 hours sleep a night, so hopefully from now on blogging should resume as normal!
I have so many new clothes and lots of exciting photography/styling projects going on, and I now finally have time to share everything since I've handed in my Final Major Project!!
One of the many projects I've been working on recently has been for my housemate Chanti's magazine, Fearne. The magazine is part of her FMP for her graphic design degree.
Chanti, myself and my bestie Katy-Leigh are the editors, with the concept being High-Street, affordable fashion styled into fun editorials targeted towards 18-28 year olds.
I photographed and styled this first editorial, whilst Katy-Leigh did an amazing job on the hair and make-up and Jason was my trusty assistant! The theme was a kitsch day at the seaside in Brighton.
Very embarrassing video, yes, I do genuinely sound like a child. (We are not this wide, the video appears to have made us both look a bit chubby!) This video gives you an idea of the concept behind the shoot and a behind the scenes view!
Photography and styling - Katie-Jane Mabey
Hair and Make-Up - Katy-Leigh Attwood
Assistant and Video Footage - Jason Ford
Model - Ana Consoni
Everything else! - Chanti Woolner
